4 Registration & KYC Verification

Users may register only one (1) account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, welcome888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as per your MyKad or passport, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and country of residence.

Before processing your first withdrawal request, welcome888 requires successful completion of our KYC process. Standard documentation requirements include:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

welcome888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits from third-party accounts — i.e., payment methods not registered in the name of the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified will be returned, less any applicable network or processing fees, and may result in account suspension.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. welcome888 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors affecting odds or game outcomes; manifest pricing errors; incomplete events; or evidence of match-fixing or integrity breaches in sporting events.

For live/in-play betting markets, all bets are subject to the rules applicable at the time of placement. welcome888 may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion — for example, during significant in-game events such as VAR reviews in football matches including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL games.

8 Prohibited Conduct
